The State Department has thrown up its hands and thrown in to towel looking for where a $1.2 BILLION dollar contract went and what it got from DynCorp. Wait. They audit to find out what they got, the records are so bad they couldn't find hardly anything, so they stop the audit? And these skumchums are the guys they want to use to replace Blackwater? WHEN will this nightmare end?
